Jobot is seeking a Forklift Operator / Shipping Associate for our Athens, GA facility. This on-site, permanent role moves materials, loads/unloads trucks, and prepares shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic computer skills, and a safety-conscious mindset. Compensation ranges from $25 to $28 per hour with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills for shipping and inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks and incoming shipments.
• Prepare, package, and stage outgoing orders.
• Verify shipment contents and maintain shipping documentation.
• Move materials throughout the facility as needed.
• Conduct routine inventory and cycle count activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
