Job summary

CONMED is seeking a Forklift Operator to load and unload materials, move them to storage bays, and replenish inventory. You will perform daily equipment checks, operate a forklift, and use RF scanners as part of warehouse workflows.

Preferred 2–3 years forklift experience in manufacturing or warehousing, ability to lift at least 49 lbs, and familiarity with WMS. CONMED offers comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and employee referrals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years forklift experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Able to read and follow written procedures and standard work instructions.
• Lift at least 49 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from vehicles into correct storage bays per inventory control instructions.
• Perform cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
• Conduct daily equipment checks, including battery charging and equipment lubrication.
• Assist in replenishing inventory and occasional picking/packing for shipment.
• Support compliance reviews and other duties as assigned.
