Job summary

CONMED is seeking a Forklift Operator for its Distribution Center/ Warehouse operations in Lithia Springs, GA. The role involves directing, controlling and monitoring warehousing and distribution of materials or finished goods, including loading/unloading, inventory control, and equipment checks.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of forklift experience in warehousing or manufacturing.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF Scanners.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written procedures and standard work instructions.
• Ability to lift at least 49 lbs with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from vehicles into correct storage bays per inventory controls.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist replenishment in the warehouse.
• Perform daily equipment checks, including battery charging and lubrication.
• Assist with picking and packing for timely shipment as needed.
• Support regular compliance reviews against policies and procedures.
