Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods, stock slots, and support orderly distribution across multi-temperature zones.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of warehouse experience, standup forklift ability, and flexibility for overtime. The role offers daytime hours, safety training, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• We require 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Must have standup forklift experience and safe operation.
• Able to work scheduled times with possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move items between staging and storage.
• Stock inventory in designated slots and perform bidirectional transfers.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow GMP/safety rules.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report issues.
• Assist with general housekeeping and paper-works as needed.
