Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Warehouse Team Member specializing in forklift operation to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials within our warehouse and manufacturing facilities.

You will load, unload, and move materials according to work orders, while maintaining safety and high quality standards. Key responsibilities include operating a forklift, managing inventory records, and supporting general warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Proven forklift operation experience in warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials.
• Assist in inventory records and periodic counts to reconcile stock.
• Support picking, packing, labeling and general warehouse tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards; report issues as needed.
• Work overtime or non-standard hours as required.
