Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Member focused on forklift operation in our Idaho facility. You will load, unload, and move materials and products, while maintaining safety and efficiency in a busy production environment.

Key responsibilities include performing pre-operational forklift checks, assisting with inventory accuracy, and supporting general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and labeling. A high school diploma or GED and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred, especially in food manufacturing.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to load/unload materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Support warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and labeling.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and GMP requirements.
• Remain flexible for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
