C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Warehouse Team Member specializing in forklift operation in our San Antonio facility. You will load, unload, and move materials, support inventory accuracy, and assist with packing and labeling in a food manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, forklift experience, the ability to obtain certification, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. The role may require overtime and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Proven forklift operation experience in warehouse/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift to load/unload materials and products.
• Move materials to storage areas or production lines per work orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Assist with picking, packing, and labeling as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse for safety.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards; report issues promptly.
• Overtime and non-standard hours may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
