Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Minnesota dock team in Burnsville. You will efficiently sort, load, and unload freight using forklift and pallet jack, ensuring safe handling and accurate scanning of shipments on a climate-not controlled dock.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to perform basic math with or without a calculator.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Willing to work on a non-climate controlled dock.

Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use pallet jack and forklift to move cargo.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely and adhere to company safety policies.
• Use mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
• Work on a dock that is not climate-controlled for extended periods.
