Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dock team in Minnesota. You will load, unload, and handle palletized freight, using pallet jacks and forklifts, while following safety policies and safety protocols.

This role requires availability for afternoons and varied shift times, with benefits starting day one and opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates have dock or warehouse experience, a eye for detail, and the ability to perform basic math.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math with and without a calculator.
• Available to work afternoons, with days/evenings/nights/weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely and adhere to company safety policies.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
