Job summary

Rehrig Pacific in Woodland, PA is seeking a forklift operator to load and unload pallets, support production, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace. The shift runs Saturday through Monday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a starting pay of $19 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Candidates should have forklift experience or be willing to be trained and certified; high school diploma or GED preferred. Physical work includes lifting up to 70 lbs and repeated motions.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience or certification preferred; willing to train and certify if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and support production teams.
• Follow safety protocols and help maintain a zero-incident shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; assist with safe, efficient operations.
