Job summary

Staffmark Group in Plant City, FL, is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move materials, load/unload inventory, and support warehouse operations. You will perform daily equipment inspections and maintain shipping records.

The role requires forklift experience, a focus on safety, and reliable attendance. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks to transport materials and finished products.
• Load, unload, move, and stage inventory.
• Perform daily equipment inspections.
• Scan barcodes, label pallets, and maintain records.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties.
