Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic Forklift Operators to join our operations team in the United States. You will load and unload materials, safely operate forklifts, and support production while following safety protocols.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability. Prior forklift experience is preferred, but we offer training. The role involves physical work and a fast-paced environment with strong benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred but we will train you if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast paced production environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision and safety.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Support production teams and follow safety protocols to achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay clean and organized; keep a safe, tidy workspace.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
