WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) is hiring for a 1st shift Forklift Operator in Appleton, WI. This full-time position supports customer needs through safe material handling, reporting to the Facility Manager, with potential weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to report to shift and travel between facilities.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate RF scanners to manage inventory.
• Desire to learn about the product being handled.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, unload, and store product from inbound trailers via lift truck.
• Operate a lift truck to pick orders and load product onto trailers.
• Utilize material handling tech to maximize efficiency and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
