Job summary

WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator on first shift (Mon-Fri 6:00 am - 2:00 pm) to safely move and stock material while supporting customer needs.

This full-time position includes competitive benefits, weekly pay, shift premiums, and opportunities for advancement as you gain experience operating lift trucks and RF scanners in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to report to scheduled shift and travel between facilities.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate RF scanners to manage inventory.
• Willingness to learn about the product being handled.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, unload, and put away product from inbound trailers, containers, and railcars via lift truck.
• Operate a lift truck to pick orders and load product onto trailers, containers, and railcars.
• Utilize all material handling technology to maximize efficiency and maintain accurate inventory.
• Ensure all safety and position standard operating procedures are followed.
