Warehouse Specialists, LLC is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 1st shift in Appleton, WI. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm, with occasional weekends and overtime as needed. Responsibilities include safe material handling and inventory management using lift trucks and RF scanners.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to report to scheduled shift.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate technology equipment including RF scanners to manage inventory.
• Experience with lift trucks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, unload, and put away product from inbound trailers via lift truck.
• Operate a lift truck to pick orders and load product onto trailers, containers, and railcars.
• Utilize material handling technology to maximize efficiency and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure safety procedures and standard operating procedures are followed.
