Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Forklift Operator, Formula in Springfield to support efficient warehouse operations. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, move stock from receiving to storage, and assist with replenishment and housekeeping in a safe, compliant manner.

Responsibilities include verifying locations, performing counts, rotating stock, and following GMP and safety guidelines while meeting productivity targets and shift requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution experience.
• Able to lift 10–35 lb repeatedly; up to 60–90 lb in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, reach truck.
• Move incoming freight from staging to inventory and storage.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock according to work orders.
• Rotate date-sensitive stock and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature and quality checks.
