Job summary

Green Circle Growers Inc. in Oberlin, OH, is seeking a Cross Dock Crew member to support inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and efficient warehouse flow.

You will unload/load trucks, receive goods, verify quantities and quality, and help sort, label, scan, and store items. This role requires basic computer literacy, the ability to operate material handling equipment, and a strong focus on safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience required
• Prior warehouse, cross-dock, logistics, or freight handling experience preferred
• Basic computer literacy or ability to learn scanning and warehouse systems
• Experience operating a tow motor and other material handling equipment
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to read and speak English
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as required by business volume
• Must be at 18 years old and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks manually or using material handling equipment
• Receive hard goods and live goods into the business system against purchase orders, and verify that quantities and quality of inbound products
• Facilitate proper sorting, labeling, scanning, handling, and storage of all inbound shipments
• Report any discrepancies on inbound shipments against purchase orders and support corrective action
• Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, tow motors, etc.) safely and in compliance with company procedures
• Load outbound trucks and trailers in the correct sequence to support efficient delivery, ensuring on time and in full (OTIF) goals are met
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, operations teams, and warehouse team members to ensure accurate and timely movement of freight
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area that meets OSHA and company safety standards
• All other duties as assigned
