Job summary

Green Circle Growers is seeking a Cross Dock Crew member to support accurate handling of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, receiving against purchase orders, and collaborating with drivers and operations teams to maintain efficient flow and safe working conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience required.
• Prior warehouse, cross-dock, logistics, or freight handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy or ability to learn scanning and warehouse systems.
• Experience operating tow motors and other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks manually or with material handling equipment.
• Receive hard goods and live goods into the system against POs and verify quantities/quality.
• Sort, label, scan, handle, and store inbound shipments.
• Report discrepancies against POs and support corrective action.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with procedures.
• Load outbound trucks in correct sequence to meet OTIF goals.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse teams for timely freight movement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per OSHA and company standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
