Job summary

Green Circle Growers is seeking a Cross Dock Crew member to manage inbound and outbound shipments, supporting on-time delivery and accurate inventory. The role emphasizes safe operation of material handling equipment, proper sorting, labeling, and efficient warehouse flow.

You will work with drivers and internal teams to ensure accurate freight movement. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, cross-dock, logistics, or freight handling preferred.
• Basic computer literacy or ability to learn scanning and warehouse systems.
• Experience operating a tow motor and other material handling equipment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to read and speak English.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as required by business volume.
• Must be at 18 years old and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks manually or using material handling equipment.
• Receive hard goods and live goods into the business system and verify quantities/quality.
• Sort, label, scan, handle, and store inbound shipments.
• Report discrepancies and support corrective action.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely per procedures.
• Load outbound trucks in correct sequence to meet OTIF goals.
• Collaborate with drivers and internal teams for timely freight movement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per OSHA standards.
