Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dock operations ensuring timely, accurate shipments.
• Lead and coordinate the shipping/receiving team and assign tasks.
• Read and fulfill work orders, manifests, and purchase orders.
• Train and motivate staff; provide feedback to management.
• Manage inbound/outbound loading, receiving, sorting, labeling, and storage.
• Maintain OSHA and safety standards; ensure clean workspace.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse teams.
