Job summary

Green Circle Growers is hiring for a Cross Dock Crew member to support on-time delivery and efficient warehouse flow. You will unload/load trucks, verify inbound quantities, and store products while maintaining accuracy in the system.

The role requires operating forklifts and related equipment safely in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include labeling, scanning, collaborating with drivers and dispatch, and keeping the work area clean and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience required.
• Prior warehouse/cross-dock, logistics, or freight handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy or ability to learn scanning and warehouse systems.
• Experience operating a tow motor and other material handling equipment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to read and speak English.
• Must be at 18 years old and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks manually or using material handling equipment.
• Receive hard goods and live goods into the system against POs and verify quantities and quality.
• Sort, label, scan, handle, and store inbound shipments.
• Report discrepancies on inbound shipments against POs and support corrective action.
• Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, tow motors) safely and per procedures.
• Load outbound trucks in correct sequence to support on-time delivery goals.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, operations, and warehouse teams for timely freight movement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area meeting OSHA and company standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
