Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Devils Lake, North Dakota is seeking a hands-on forklift operator to support both indoor and outdoor manufacturing activities, safely moving precast concrete products, forms, and related materials.

You will load and stage finished goods, organize the yard inventory, validate packing slips, perform basic forklift troubleshooting and light carpentry tasks as part of a safety‑driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass internal forklift training program.
• At least one year of forklift experience moving weights of 20,000 lbs preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Load, stage and yard finished good in both plant floor and outside yard
• Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures
• Safely load and unload product from flat beds and box trailers
• Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation
• Perform routine maintenance on forklift
• Strip and clean concrete forms and products
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
• Perform basic carpentry skills
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
