Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a hands-on forklift operator to join our manufacturing team in Devils Lake, ND. You will safely move precast concrete products, load and stage finished goods, and help maintain yard organization in a busy plant and external lot.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma, forklift training, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Prior forklift experience and reliable teamwork are preferred to ensure smooth operations and timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass internal forklift training program.
• At least one year of forklift experience moving weights of 20,000 lbs preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Load, stage and yard finished goods in both plant floor and outside yard.
• Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
• Safely load and unload product from flat beds and box trailers.
• Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance on forklift.
• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
