Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators in Michigan to support our production team. This role features four 10-hour shifts (Tuesday-Friday) from 4:30pm to 3:00am with pay of $18.00 per hour and solid benefits. You will operate forklifts, load/unload trailers, and uphold safety standards.

Prior forklift experience and certification are preferred, but we will train and certify you if needed. A positive attitude and ability to work in a diverse team are essential.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred, but training provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Follow safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized following Clean as You Go practices.
• Be prepared for physical work lifting up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions.
