Job summary

Rehrig Pacific in Wisconsin is seeking Forklift Operators to join our operations team. This role supports production through safe loading, unloading, and material handling with forklifts and pallet jacks.

Shifts are Tuesday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a pay rate of $19/hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision and life insurance, PTO, 401k/ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement. Be part of a family-like culture focused on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience is preferred and certification is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Familiarity with pallet handling and warehouse safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials with forklifts, supporting production.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized and practice safe handling of items.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
