Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety-minded individuals for the forklift operator role in Minnesota. The job involves loading and unloading, following strict safety protocols, and supporting production lines to meet daily targets. Prior forklift experience and a certification are preferred, with training offered if needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and support production teams.
• Follow all safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized to promote safety.
• Be prepared for physical work, lifting up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions.
