Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Successful background checks and drug screen after offer.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and overtime as required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to read, write, understand and speak English.
• Experience with warehouse equipment preferred.
• Able to lift 40 lbs repetitively and stand 6–8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a powered industrial truck during order selecting and loading.
• Load finished products onto delivery trucks and maintain quality inspection forms.
• Prepare required documentation to ensure high product quality.
• Maintain performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Recognize waste and help develop actions to improve efficiency.
• Learn inventory systems (EWM, SAP) and keep systems updated.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, coordinators, and supervisors.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and inspection-ready.
