Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Forklift Operator to support warehouse and production operations by safely loading/unloading materials, moving inventory, and ensuring proper rotation and storage. You will follow FEFO practices and assist in maintaining accurate inventory while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of stand‑up forklift experience. Overtime, shift work, and a quarterly bonus are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of stand‑up forklift experience.
• Forklift certification within 48 hours of employment preferred.
• Barcoding knowledge and experience with automated data collection systems are nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Maintain FEFO staging to ensure proper rotation of all expiration‑dated materials.
• Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, and work orders to determine material movement needs.
• Transport and distribute materials from receiving or production to designated storage locations.
• Sort and organize materials based on size, type, or product code.
• Support inventory management, including perishable goods storage and accurate staging.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions or damage.
• Contribute to quality and efficiency improvements within the warehouse.
