Nestlé USA is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to support warehouse and production operations, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining FEFO rotation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of stand-up forklift experience.

The position offers a 2nd shift from 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with overtime opportunities and a quarterly bonus. Pay starts at $23.21/hr plus a $1.25/hr shift differential, with Nestlé providing comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of stand-up forklift experience.
• Forklift certification within 48 hours of employment.
• Preferred: barcoding knowledge and experience with automated data collection systems.
• Ability to work overtime and irregular schedules.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate FEFO (First Expiration, First Out) staging to ensure proper rotation of all expiration-dated materials.
• Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, and work orders to determine material movement needs.
• Transport and distribute materials from receiving or production to designated storage locations.
• Sort and organize materials based on size, type, or product code.
• Support proper inventory management, including perishable goods storage and accurate staging.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, reporting unsafe conditions or damage immediately.
• Contribute to quality and efficiency improvements within the warehouse environment.
