Staffmark in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Forklift Operator for 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12 AM). You will safely operate a sit-down forklift to move goods between storage, production, and shipping areas, and support inventory movement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of forklift experience.
• Current forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, WMS, or inventory software is a plus.
• Safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability and productivity valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Sit-down forklift to move goods between storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Load and unload inventory from trailers and containers.
• Conduct pre-op inspections on equipment, report damages, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Secure, wrap, and stack pallets safely to ensure stability.
