Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Fort Smith, AR is hiring a Forklift Operator for 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday) with a pay rate of $19.85 per hour. You will move stock, load/unload shipments, and operate stand‑up, sit‑down, or clamp forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualified candidates have forklift experience and RF scanner proficiency; a Warehouse Management System background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Six months warehouse experience, preferred
• Six months forklift operation experience

Responsibilities

• Move stock within the warehouse using forklifts and other power equipment
• Load and unload shipments of various sizes
• Use RF scanners and maintain accurate records
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper reporting
• Follow OSHA and MSDS safety standards
• Assist in daily equipment inspections and maintenance
• Support in physical inventories and cycle counts
• Perform additional duties as assigned
