Job summary

Staffmark Group in Hot Springs, AR is hiring a Forklift Operator to safely move materials and support warehouse operations. Position pays $18.00 per hour for 1st shift, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with outdoor work and routine equipment inspections.

You will load/unload, organize inventory, and follow safety guidelines in a busy outdoor yard and warehouse setting. Experience preferred: at least 2 years forklift experience, HS diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move materials, components, and equipment throughout the outdoor storage area.
• Load and unload products from trailers, trucks, and storage locations.
• Organize and relocate inventory to designated areas.
• Perform routine equipment inspections before each shift.
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with other warehouse or yard duties as assigned.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
