Job summary

Staffmark in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Forklift Operator for 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12 AM). You will safely operate a sit-down forklift to move goods between storage, production, and shipping areas, and support inventory movement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of forklift experience.
• Current forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, WMS, or inventory software is a plus.

Location: Bentonville, AR
Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM - 12 AM
Overtime for all shifts a couple of times a month on Saturdays

Requirements

• 1 year of previous forklift experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 30 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
