Custom Building Products in Perth Amboy, NJ is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM) with overtime as needed. You will handle shipping/receiving duties and move materials safely in a team environment.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, strict adherence to safety rules, and accurate workload handling. A shift premium of $1.00/hr applies, with potential additional $1.00/hr after 90 days.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced FORKLIFT OPERATOR to join our Perth Amboy, NJ plant. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM, with overtime as needed. Additional $1.00/hr shift premium added to hourly wage. We offer competitive benefits and salary, plus up to $1.00/hr increase after 90 days. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction by shipping and/or receiving products timely and accurately. You will also work closely with all departments in the facility, including Production, Maintenance, and more. Our Forklift Operators are not sitting on a lift throughout the shift - There is frequent movement which includes lifting. You will work in a team environment with an opportunity to advance in your career with Custom Building Products.
