Job summary

Custom Building Products, based in New Jersey, seeks an experienced Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:15 PM–11:45 PM). Earn a $1.00/hr shift premium with potential overtime and up to $1.00/hr raise after 90 days.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, following safety protocols, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and other departments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift and walkie rider experience required.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Use forklift or walkie rider to pick, ship and/or receiving products timely
• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
• Retrieve or put away material using a sit-down industrial forklift.
• Ensure that all finished product meets quality standard.
• Ready and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
