Custom Building Products in Perth Amboy, NJ is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:15 AM - 3:45 PM) with overtime as needed. You will ship/receive products timely and collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and other departments.

This role requires operating a forklift or walkie rider, following safety protocols, and lifting up to 50 pounds. A driving test is conducted at the interview.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced FORKLIFT OPERATOR to join our Perth Amboy, NJ plant. This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM - 3:45 PM, with overtime as needed. We offer competitive benefits and salary, plus up to $1.00/hr increase after 90 days.You will be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction by shipping and/or receiving products timely and accurately. You will also work closely with all departments in the facility, including Production, Maintenance, and more. Our Forklift Operators are not sitting on a lift throughout the shift - There is frequent movement which includes lifting. You will work in a team environment with an opportunity to advance in your career with Custom Building Products.
