Job summary

Custom Building Products, based in New Jersey, seeks an experienced Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:15 PM–11:45 PM). Earn a $1.00/hr shift premium with potential overtime and up to $1.00/hr raise after 90 days.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, following safety protocols, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and other departments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift and walkie rider experience required.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.

We are looking for an experienced FORKLIFT OPERATOR to join our Perth Amboy, NJ plant. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM, with overtime as needed. Additional $1.00/hr shift premium added to hourly wage. We offer competitive benefits and salary, plus up to $1.00/hr increase after 90 days.You will be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction by shipping and/or receiving products timely and accurately. You will also work closely with all departments in the facility, including Production, Maintenance, and more. Our Forklift Operators are not sitting on a lift throughout the shift - There is frequent movement which includes lifting. You will work in a team environment with an opportunity to advance in your career with Custom Building Products.
