Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to safely move materials and inventory throughout the facility. You will load/unload trucks, verify quantities, and support shipping, receiving, and production teams. Daily inspections and OSHA-compliant safety practices are required.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, English reading/writing proficiency, basic math and computer skills, and strong teamwork. The position is on-site with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience.
• Experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Strong team collaboration and communication.

• Load and unload trucks while verifying material quantities and maintaining accurate inventory movement.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support shipping, receiving, and production teams as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience, strongly preferred
• Warehouse and Forklift experience preferred
• Able to read, write and understand English
• Proficient in basic math and computer knowledge
• Strong team player
