Job summary

Lakeside Book Company is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Avon, IN. You will operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment, move inventory, and stage materials in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires climbing heights up to 20+ feet and lifting up to 50 lbs while following safety guidelines. We offer a first-shift schedule (7:00am-3:00pm), Monday through Friday with overtime including Saturdays, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, prorated PTO,

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong safety awareness and clear communication with drivers and warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck, order picker, turret truck, and/or pallet jack; comfortable with heights.
• Safely move, store, and retrieve inventory in racks and bulk storage areas.
• Load, unload, and stage material.
• Follow all safety guidelines; safety shoes are required.
