Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Forklift Operator for 1st shift (Receiving 7AM-3:30PM) at our Colorado facility. You will perform material handling, counting, packing, and loading/unloading of products with a focus on accuracy and safety.

You will follow SOPs and SQF/HACCP practices, maintain clean work areas, and participate in production floor activities. Certification and bilingual abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends if necessary.
• Must be able to read and write in either English or Spanish.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
• Able to stay focused in a loud working environment.

Responsibilities

• Counts finished product cases from production.
• Packages finished product for shipping (shrink wrap, boxing, labeling).
• Conducts cycle counts to ensure materials are available for production.
• Stages finished product for loading.
• Loads finished product onto truck.
• Unloads raw materials from truck.
• Operates forklift safely and maintains daily logs.
