Job summary

HelloFresh in Colorado is seeking a certified FSQ Forklift Operator to ensure food safety and quality while performing standard forklift duties during receiving and production. Roles include logging specs, HACCP checks, and coordinating with warehouse teams to keep lines safe and compliant.

Shifts run Sunday-Wednesday 7:00am–5:30pm and Wed-Sat 6:00am–4:30pm; candidates must have forklift licensing, FSQ onboarding, and strong English skills. Health benefits, PTO, and team discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Active certification and license as a trained Forklift Operator.
• Completion of onboarding FSQ training.
• Active HelloFresh Produce Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work full shifts reliably as scheduled.
• Solid basic math capabilities (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions).

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active forklift operator license per site training requirements.
• Inspect inbound ingredients against specifications, log results, and log tickets promptly.
• Escalate quality or safety issues and collaborate with partner teams for fast resolution.
• Complete quarterly inspection refresher trainings to stay up to date.
• Support dock receiving with HACCP reviews, allergen labeling checks, and handling verifications.
• Ensure receiving practices comply with company standards.
• Collaborate with Warehouse teams to uphold safe ingredient handling practices.
• Direct inspected shipments to designated work areas.
• Perform continuous quality checks on produce, dairy, protein, and grocery items.
• Conduct audits, sanitation swabs, temperature checks, and expiration verifications.
• Strictly enforce safety, GMP, and SQF guidelines.
• Audit line setups, completed kits, and packaging processes; halt lines for non-conformances.
• Track discarded items and evaluate ingredients for potential recovery and reuse.
