A-Line Staffing is seeking a Forklift Operator in Canaan, CT (06018) to join a distribution-focused team. The role involves moving palletized product, operating multiple pallet handling devices, and using RF/WMS systems to ensure inventory accuracy.

The position is overnight, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, on-site and temporary with potential for career growth. Prior forklift exposure and a willingness to obtain certification are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED preferred (or 1 year relevant experience in lieu of diploma/GED).
• Intermediate experience with high reach or counterbalance required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 2 days of employment.
• Ability to read/interpret distribution documents in English.
• Basic computer skills; strong organization and prioritization.
• Preferred: Experience with Manhattan WMS.
• Ability to work in a distribution environment (moderate to loud noise; near moving equipment; occasional exposure to fumes/airborne particles).

Forklift Operator Highlights

The pay for this position is $25.30 per hour (includes shift differential).

Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (overnight) On-site position This position is a Temporary role.
