Responsibilities

• Scan and verify materials in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain clean, safe aisles and comply with safety rules.

Job description

We are looking for a safety-conscious and efficient Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will safely operate powered industrial trucks to load, unload, move, and stack materials and finished goods throughout the facility. The ideal candidate prioritizes safety above all else, maintains strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $22 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, or pallet jacks.
• Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload inbound/outbound freight trucks and flatbeds using proper tie-down and staging protocols.
• Rack Storage & Retrieval: Transport goods to designated storage bays and accurately place/retrieve pallets from high-rack storage.
• Pre-Shift Inspections: Perform daily OSHA safety checks on equipment (brakes, tires, battery/fuel levels, hydraulic controls) and log maintenance issues promptly.
• Inventory Verification: Use RF scanners to scan, verify, and track materials into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain clean aisles and loading areas; follow all facility safety protocols, pedestrian safety rules, and speed limits.

The essential functions of this role include:
