Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a Sit Down Counterbalance Forklift to move, stack, and retrieve high-volume palletized materials throughout the warehouse and loading docks.
• Execute inventory putaway, replenishment, and retrieval of full pallet loads from high racks.
• Load and unload trailers and containers, ensuring loads are balanced and secure according to safety regulations.
• Perform daily OSHA-compliant forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with inventory control and order selection teams to ensure accurate material flow and location management.

Work hours: Variable

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a Sit Down Counterbalance Forklift to move, stack, and retrieve high-volume, palletized materials throughout the warehouse and loading docks.
• Execute critical inventory placement tasks, including putaway, replenishment, and retrieving full pallet loads from high racks (up to client-specific height).
• Load and unload trailers and containers meticulously, ensuring loads are properly balanced and secure according to safety and transport regulations.
• Conduct mandatory pre-shift OSHA‑compliant forklift inspections (daily checklist) and report any maintenance needs immediately.
• Work collaboratively with inventory control and order selection teams to ensure accurate material flow and location management.

Qualifications

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
