Clarios in St. Joseph, MO is seeking a Forklift Operator for 2nd shift (2pm–10pm, Monday–Friday) to support loading/unloading at production lines, staging materials, and shipping finished goods.

• 6+ months forklift experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Must be able to operate a stand-up forklift.
• Comfortable working 12-hour days as needed.
• Availability for overtime and weekends as needed.
• Pass forklift certification.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials at the lines.
• Stage each production line with the proper materials.
• Verify quantities received and perform incoming inspections.
• Load finished products on trucks for shipment.
• Move finished products, raw materials, and parts to different locations in the plant.
• Perform daily production cycle counts.

Job Responsibilities

• As a Forklift Operator you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials at the lines.

• Staging each production line with the proper materials.

• Verify quantities received and perform incoming inspections.

• Load finished products on trucks that are ready to be shipped to customers.

• Responsible for moving finished products, raw materials, and part to different locations in the plant.

• Perform daily production cycle counts.

Qualifications
