Job summary

Clarios' Saint Joseph distribution center is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to load and unload materials, stage lines, verify received quantities, and load finished products for shipment.

You’ll work 2nd or 3rd shift, with potential overtime and weekend hours; certification on a stand‑up forklift is required, and basic PPE will be worn. The position offers a $26.23 hourly wage plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Must be able to operate stand‑up forklift.
• Comfortable working 12-hour days as needed.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Pass forklift certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials at the lines.
• Stage each production line with the proper materials.
• Verify quantities received and perform incoming inspections.
• Load finished products on trucks that are ready to be shipped to customers.
• Move finished products, raw materials, and parts to different locations in the plant.
• Perform daily production cycle counts.
