Job summary

Direct Connection Inc. in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a full-time warehouse leader to supervise and train forklift operators, manage inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure accuracy of inventory.

You will work 7:00 am to 3:30 pm on the 1st shift, lift up to 40 lbs, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace while following all safety guidelines and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year manufacturing/warehouse experience.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train Tier 1 forklift operators.
• Load and unload trailers per customer specs.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect inbound and outbound inventory for accuracy and quality.
• Stack, store, and pick inventory (including mixed pallets).
• Use RF scanners and follow scanner processes.
• Audit paperwork to ensure packing lists match shipments.
• Assist with workflow planning, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare pallets for shipment (wrapping, banding, etc.).
• Perform forklift inspections and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company, customer, and safety guidelines.
• Step in as needed to support daily warehouse operations.
