Blue Rhino Propane is seeking a Full-Time Forklift Operator to join our team. The role involves inspecting and transporting propane cylinders by loading and unloading with a forklift for Blue Rhino delivery drivers. The position includes in-house OSHA certified training.

Responsibilities:

• Transport propane cylinders safely around the yard with a forklift.
• Handle and maintain flow of materials and products under safety guidelines.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Complete and submit log sheets, BOLs, packing slips, and other paperwork.
• Document forklift inspections before shifts for safety and OSHA compliance.
• Regularly inspect the vehicle and notify maintenance if needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Assist production shifts with staffing needs when not operating the forklift.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and pass necessary training and exams.
• Preferred 1+ years of work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Genuine commitment to providing superior customer service.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Applicants must not require future sponsorship for an employment visa.
