Blue Rhino Propane is looking for a Full-Time Forklift Operator to join the team! A Blue Rhino Forklift Operator is responsible for inspecting and transporting propane cylinders by loading and unloading with a forklift for Blue Rhino delivery drivers. This position offers in-house OSHA certified training.

Responsibilities

1. Transport propane cylinders safely around the yard with forklift.
2. Handle and maintain flow of materials and products under safety guidelines.
3. Work may require evening hours and weekends.
4. Complete and submit log sheets, BOLs, packing slips, and other paperwork.
5. Document forklift inspections before shifts for safety and OSHA compliance.
6. Inspect vehicle regularly and notify maintenance if needed.
7. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
8. Assist with other staffing needs when not operating forklift.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to pass necessary training and exams.
3. 1+ years of work experience preferred.
4. At least 18 years old.
5. Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds in all weather conditions.
6. Commitment to superior customer service.
7. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
