Qualifications

• Active forklift certification is required.
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts and reach trucks.
• Experience operating a cherry picker / order picker and electric pallet jack is highly preferred.
• Previous experience with order picking and/or inventory control.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks, as required.
• Operate cherry pickers / order pickers and electric pallet jacks based on operational needs.
• Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory control activities and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Handle, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and all applicable safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to support daily productivity goals.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

TYPE: On-site

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

TYPE OF CONTRACT Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

PAY RATE $17.00/hour

Description:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates / Forklift Operators to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for order picking, inventory control, material handling, and the safe operation of warehouse equipment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety.

An active Forklift Certification is required for this position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate warehouse equipment, including Forklifts and Reach Trucks, as required.
• Operate Cherry Pickers / Order Pickers and Electric Pallet Jacks based on operational needs.
• Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory control activities and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Handle, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and all applicable safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or similar environment.
• Active Forklift Certification is required.
• Hands-on experience operating Forklifts and Reach Trucks.
• Experience operating a Cherry Picker / Order Picker and Electric Pallet Jack is highly preferred.
• Previous experience with order picking and/or inventory control.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• English or Spanish speakers are welcome to apply; bilingual candidates are a plus.
